Tomas Roth

has a masters degree in business administration at the University of Zurich with focus on strategic management and finance. He starts his career as personnel development manager of the Swiss branch of an international IT- Company and has experience in senior management positions as CFO and CEO of middle sized companies in the industrial, IT and real estate environment within Switzerland and Germany.

As member of the Swiss Rowing National Team, Rowing Coach and Officer in the Swiss Army he learned how important the human factor and the right tools in the successful strategy execution are. Since 10 years he attends companies and managers as consultant in strategy, restructuring and process redesign projects.
